Well I need to make scroll bars, both vertical and horizontal, because my website is in 1024 x 768 resolution and it can’t be viewed very well in 800 x 600 resolution…now I need to know how to make a scroll bar exactly like the one on the default IE6.  
Does anyone know of a really really simplified tutorial? of can one of you make one for me so I can import it into my website?..I"M NOT VERY GOOD WI TH FLASH!..HELP!!!:d:
