# How Do They Do This?

How do they make the forground and background move at different speeds? I’ve seen this done on a few sites. its an awsome effect. I’ve check the tutorials, but couldn’t find any info on it, anyone have any idea?

using layers…
background is on one layer…
foreground is on the other layer…
just have one move faster than the other in the given amount of time on the timeline.

doesn’t work for me. gets stuck loading at 111163%

if you’re refering to the two spinning circles, however, then just put to differently tweened rotating objects into a movieclip and then put into a frame 🙂
