# How do you do these lights and people?

Hi!  
I really need an answer fast…  
I’m trying to create a dance scene similar to this website…

I’ve tried and tried and can’t get the moving ceiling lights to look this good… Mine have hard edges, even when using alpha values in the linear paint. Also, how do I do the dancing people? I’ve tried drawing siliouettes and importing the gif, then converting to a graphic and finally, using motion tween without any luck. I’m not that good at drawing in Flash MX Designer and prefer drawing in Photoshop. Does anyone have moving silouette people I could use? or a similar loop?
