# How Do You Do This?

Noobie here looking for some help on creating a type of “Polar Lights / Plasma” effect. I searched the net and can not find any tutorials on this. I am trying to accomplish a looping effect similar to this:

I hope someone here can explain how this was done and maybe provide me a few useful tips.
