# How do you draw shiny things/orbs/icons?

Hi everybody…

I have a question, with what program do companies draw things like this:

You know, these logos are like Shiny and 3D looking almost like they are  
made out of plastic or glass…

How do you draw that?!?! Is that like a special filter or something??  
Anyone know of a tutorial?
