I was just wondering, how would i use one of my flash documents as a avatar or signature ![](http://forum.kirupa.com/uploads/kirupa/1004/9ea9ec1c422a58c0.gif)

when i try to use on it says .fla isnt allowed

is there a tutorial on how to make flash into a format for this sort of thing?
