…tweak the scrollbar component so that when you scroll up or down the scroll is like a smooth scroll when it gets into place rather then a solid like scroll and when you scroll and stop it just stops. you can find an example at [http://www.cruciallimit.com/](http://www.cruciallimit.com/) in the laboratory section.
