# How is this done please?

Just wondered how [this](http://www.globalsnowshows.co.uk/ski/player.htm) is done?

The rectangular areas when you scroll over they come into focus and the colour fades in.

Are they just movie clip buttons? Or something more difficult?

As there seems to be one button but 2 things going on the text down the left and the blur image.
