Hello everyone,

Not sure this is the best place for this post. But could anyone tell me how this is done?: [http://www.jacobjensen.com](http://www.jacobjensen.com)  
Not the main nav but the sub nav. It’s a vertical drop down menu where the sub nav items come down shifting the nav items above it down. Any help would be great.
