# How is this effect done?

If you go to [THIS](http://www.fluoro.com.au/) site, after loading on the left side is “effect” i’m talking about. I was wondering how is this done? I suppose mask is used on the letters but how to make it so precisely follow letter’s shape? It seems something simple, maybe i’m not seeing something or it’s not so simple after all…
