Hi, Sorry if this is posted in the wrong bit of the forum, but I couldnt really think of where best to put this.

Anyway, here’s the story, A client has asked for a site to be designed and a bespoke editing system built with PHP and MySQL (which their server doesnt have, but they seem to want it?!?!)

How much should I be charging for this? They say they have a quote for £135.
