# How the zoom blurs are done?

In this site, [http://www.agencynet.com](http://www.agencynet.com), when we click in a department they do some kind of zoom blur. Can someone tell me how they do it, i have a client that want´s a effect like that, but i don´t no how is done. If someone could help me please
