I was wondering how best to go about constructing ‘floating’ panels that change their perspective as the mouse movies around them, as seen to good effect at [Train Your Business Brain](http://www.trainyourbusinessbrain.com/business-brain-training/challenges/intelligence_game.php).

Any pointers as to how I might go about this?
