Hello I am new to flash so this question might sound stupid to u, but I really need some advice.

Thing is that I want to know how to add preloader to whole webpage if webpage is not made in flash? Is it evan possible? I searched forum, but did not find help :puzzle:  
I will alredy say thanx to all helpful people out there!
