# How to animate a glowing effect within a psd file?

Hi Everyone, very new to flash. I have a logo designed in photoshop, within the logo i want to generate a glowing pulsating effect around the text. I’ve searched everywhere online, but the only tutorials I could find were files already created in Flash, not as a psd file. Can someone please point me in the right direction or give me some sort of guide. Much appreciated.
