Hi

I hope to create a banner ad but the effect that I am after I do not know what it is called or how to produce it.

In this 50 cents video at the beginning, [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psf7W-RjJhI](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psf7W-RjJhI) , you see text letters made out of lights.

Can this effect be created in Flash? What is the name of the effect? How do I go about making it?

Many Thanks

B
