Frustrating Customers! Well I am at a loss as to what i should do. I have a client who has a nephew who does web design and his nephew has sort of taken control of the project. If you go to [www.muldavinchiro.com](http://www.muldavinchiro.com/) you can see the layouts i made so far. After layout #3 i recieved this email from The Nephew:

> I don’t think fine tuning is what is needed. I’d like a fresh start. This is
> too dense, dark and busy with lots of unneeded lines, boxes, gradients, etc.

Also, as the text is a gif, not html, it decreases your a chances of rating
higher with web search engines like Google.

I don’t mean to make your web team’s life hell. But we can do better. Ask
yourself, if I looked at this site without knowing you or Muldavin
Chiropractic, and assuming I don’t really want to read six heavy paragraphs,
what do I take away? It’s got to be easier for a person with a hurting back
to digest. There needs to be a primary message. A visitor needs to gain
confidence immediately that your are a good choice and that you can help
them.

If location is a huge selling point. Show a simple map that visually puts
you in the crosshairs of 99, 80 and 5 (or whatever it is), with a link for
driving directions.

You spend time defending chiropractic care on the home page. This may be
common in your field, however, I suggest you abandon it. If people make
their way to your site, they don’t need further convincing about your
service. They just want to know that you are the best, reasonable,
convenient, covered by insurance, or whatever. Try twsitinig the defenses in
into positive expressions of benefit: Drug Free Recovery; Non-surgical
Solutions. Helps the entire body.
So because of that i made layout #4. But i don’t know what to do about the client. The Nephew said i need to start from scratch… Should i just do that? Also the content, which is The Nephew’s biggest complaint, was written by the client! Finally the client knows the finished product will be in html and not a .jpg (never even used .gif) format.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
