# How to delete record from my flax datagrid?

hi guys,  
i m new in flax have just started to teach it.  
My problem is that i m using datagrid and i have some records in it.now i want to update records from the datagrid.how can i do this?  
i m using webservice.  
[SIZE=2][SIZE=2]i m using database and have table name tblEmployee[/SIZE]  
[LEFT]  
[SIZE=2]pl give tme the code as sson as possible.[/SIZE]  
[SIZE=2]thank u[/SIZE]
