Does nayone know how to do the diagnoal lines effect that all websites seem to have on them now. Is it a photoshop brush or something  
e.g. [http://www.mediaptiva.com/](http://www.mediaptiva.com/)  
the diagnoal lines on the top and bottom bars - how is this done?
