# How to get x and y position?

Hi!

I have recentry started to work with scripted tweens (Robert Penners etc) and need a way to speed up my work flow. I have a lot of mc:s on stage that I want to animate.

However, it’s tirering to write down the coordinates of all the mcs and wonder if there is a way to generate the mcs current posistions in a text field or what ever so I just could copy and paste these numbers into my code. How would you do it?
