# How to keep HTML on top of flash?

Sometimes I see a problem with Flash ads and logos on websites. There may be an HTML menu or hidden layer that happens to share space with the Flash ad or logo. Instead of being on top of the Flash ad or logo, the Flash ad or logo hides all or part of the HTML menu or hidden layer. Can this be prevented?
