@anogar, The front tire is removable on most bikes… hmm… remove tire and take all the locks with the bike. //edit, few minutes on each with an acedaline torch then put the bike back where you found it (those torches are fun btw). ---

This is what we call a _joke_, no need to analyze the security pros and cons. :lol: (But while we’re analyzing, I wonder if you could even lift that bike. It sure as hell ain’t gonna roll, and I bet that’s at least several hundred pounds of U-Locks!) But yeah, I had some jackass do like $500 worth of damage to my bike, between screwing things up and taking bits off. I had it well locked, but he stoke the front wheel, the saddle, the seat post, etc. Bastard. It was similar to Nobody, it was locked up right on my porch and someone came up and stole things off of it. They tried to saw through my U-Lock but failed. ---

Driving around DC, I saw a moped/scooter that had laminated pieces of paper taped ALL over it. There had to be at least 20 or 30, and all of them had something about the part of the bike it was on in relation to stealing/sitting on it. A good few of them said “Either steal it or don’t mess with my bike!” (or something to that extent) Seemed like he just didn’t want random people sitting on it. I was fully open to stealing it 🙂 ---

I would piss myself if I saw someone with two big tanks of OA, a cutting torch and face shield trying to steal that bike on the side of the street. All the bystanders thinking "oh, I guess he lost his keys!" ---
