# How to lay an image over this Actionscript

I’m a beginner in actionscript, I’m using the following fading square transtion effect from this site:

I’d like to add an image over the effects. I don’t want it to fade or anything. Just stand still, can anyone help me? Its probably very simple but I don’t know where to have this image overlap over the effects.
