# How to load new text?

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica][size=2]I have spent many days and nights creating this site so far and i cannot figure this out. Think i need rest.[/size][/font]

Now the problem is, when i click on the About Me link, the welcome text should disappear and new text about myself should appear.

How would i call this about me text?
