How do you know which pixel it is you want to get the position of?

I know the color of that pixel and all other parts have different pixel

I mean all other pixel have different colour

So actually the set up is bit different  
Basically there is an image which has one point at a particular position and I want to access the coordinate of that point

I am planning to start a company, I am from India and I don’t know coding exactly , considering Mr.Kirupa is from India I wish to make a deal with him  
Hence I would like to know if we both can collaborate
