# How to make a preloader in CS3?

ive been searching for ages on the net, either the coding doesnt work or its too complicated so i dont understand it.

so could somebody post a simple and detailed explination of how to create a preloader in AS3

either that or link me to a preloader in AS3 for downlaod (.fla)
