Hei guys can someone help me with this flash effect.

i made something cool here… this is what i want… chek the file i attach.  
the problem is that i dont know how to make line come…  
u see this thing moves , i want after this thing move after it comes black or any other color line … so it will come like drawing, just like on this img ![](http://www.flasher.ru/img/addon02.swf)
