I wonder everytime i make a flash animation it goes like sh\*\*  
and not even smooth at all  
Any expert out there who know what is going on to my animation?  
Just give me the general tips to make it so smooth

yup for one, change your FPS to about 24, and use actionscript for easing an animation.

search the forums for easing, you’ll find your answer, believe me, your not that only one who had this problem.
