# How to prevent cache while testing in browser

If I Ctrl+Enter from Flash IDE I have the same name of the swf and html e.g. default.html and default.swf.  
Than put it on the server and make test in browser, than repair my error in IDE Ctrl+Enter , and so on,and so on.  
But the browser hold the content even if i refresh the page after new upload.  
How to prevent cache while testing in browser to have auctual content?

Now I rename and rename before I export it.

How do you this?
