I was doing on gardening when I came across a wasps nest. What is the best method for getting rid of it? ![](http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/6141/waspsnestak7.jpg) ---

Go down to your local hardware store and buy a can of wasp killer. Those things can shoot from several feet away. Then you just spray the nest. If you wait until later in the evening when it’s cooler all the wasps should be in the nest asleep (in case you miss and just make them mad). ---

I’ve done it with WD-40 works great. Supersoaker (if you want to make it fun fill the super soaker with gas). ---

I used to leave the nest and hit the bees one at a time as they come out of the nest/ reenter the nest. I suggest that, it’s pretty fun. ---

You have plenty of options. 1. Paintball gun. 2. Real gun. 3. Fire. 4. Liquid Nitrogen. 5. Get a pro to do it. Option 3 is likely the most effective - the super soaker full of gas is probably your best bet. @Fester - I’ve seen that before, and will never, ever get tired of seeing it.🍺 ---

Or you can do it the low budget way get a rock and knock it off the tree and run for your life, well I used to do that cause I’m allergic to bee stings so I had to run like hell :lol: fun times ---
