# How to show this " & " when loding text from txt?

Hi there …  
I’m loading text into a dynamic textfield from an external .txt …all works greath but i need to show the " & " sign in some parts of the text.I know that flash is using this sign to end variables in flash but i dont know how to write it in the .txt to get it showed in flash.
