# How to spread excitement in the workplace

for some reason I am in a very good mood today. I’m bouncy, smiley and upbeat…I can’t understand it cause I’m usually a moody bastard. So I’ve come into work today and everyone looks fedup, depressed even.

How can I liven up this work environment?
