# How to use Set text of layer targeting another frame

Hi all,  
Is it possible to use Set text of layer (or set text of frame) targeting a frame other than the one where the link is (working in Dreamweaver MX)? I guess yes… but how do I write the code for the targeting?  
I have tried to use Set text of frame including the div tag for a new layer with positioning etc but nothing shows up and the stuff that is already in the frame (another layer with a pic in it) disappears. Can anyone help? :q:
