@HariSeldon A sharp visual for this is a team swapping the blueprint for a stopwatch.

Once “whatever engineers and AI can produce fastest” becomes the default, speed stops being a delivery metric and becomes the design authority. The real loss isn’t just judgment, it’s design memory: the product ships, but the reasoning behind it disappears.
