I am wanting to create an add like the moving van moving across the bottom of this page. I have attached the link of the page where i found this below.

I am not sure how this effect is created where flash goes over the top of the HTML and has an invisible background. If anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it. Even if means pointing me toward a tutorial.
