# How would I accomplish this?

Hello everyone!  
For sometime now I’v been trying to accomplish this little project [http://www.redlightblinking.com/sample.jpg](http://www.redlightblinking.com/sample.jpg)  
I would like to use xml to keep everything easily updatable, but I just dont know where to start. is this possible? Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction. Is xml the correct method?
