# How would I achieve fuzzy TV effect?

OK this is difficult to explain I dont even know where to start but this is what I want to acheive I want to have like a monitor on the stage and the fuzzy effect you know like when a TV channel isnt responding and then when you click on a button a picture appears there and then when you click a different button it goes to a transition like to the fuzzy effect then into the next picture and so on for each button, does anyone know how I would do this?

make some ‘noise’ in photoshop then load that into flash, then use it over the top of your image, and transition it quickly in and out, and jitter it also…

if possible if you have enough time do you think you can do a quick makeup of this, just so I can see how it is done

using ‘Noise’ in PS was exactly how I did it.
