Hello all at Kirupa. I was wondering if someone can help me out with the effect I saw online. It’s probably really easy to get, but I’m having a hard time trying to figure out the script. The effect can be found here: [http://www.evltwn.com](http://www.evltwn.com/)

I want to get something similar to the random shake/img distortion that effects the main viewing window and the top “mug shot” panel.

I’m guessing that it can be done with a timer set with a random number, but that’s as far as I get.
