# How'd they do that navigation?

[FONT=Trebuchet MS]I recently ran accross this site:

I really like how they approached the navigation at the top and would like to learn or figure out how they achieved it, but, I have tried for a day or so now and I cannot figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I should approach making a similar version?
