I saw the tutorial for .htaccess custom pages, and had a question for you gurus 😃

Can you make a custom page for if you exceed a bandwith limit? (eg, if you exceed the 5GB data transfer limit on a web hosting server) If so could someone either post here, or PM me the information as to how to go about it, it would be most appriciated, thanks in advance
