I built a web site, [messagecarriers.org](http://messagecarriers.org), and the background colors do not show correctly in Firefox. In IE, the color codes are 003952 and E4EEEC. But in Firefox, it is all white. How do I go by fiixing the color issue in Firefox.

Thanks
Jacques
