# HTML Comments are not allowed

why do you want to turn a SWF into a gif? I don’t really see the point in that. Anywhere you can post a gif, you can post a SWF if you are talking about putting a SWF in this forum, them use the embed tag… (embed src="\<a href=“[http://www.whatever.com/whater.swf")(/embed)"](http://www.whatever.com/whater.swf%22)(/embed)%22)\>[www.whatever.com/whater.swf](http://www.whatever.com/whater.swf)”)(/embed)\</a\>

just change the ( and ) to \< and \> But you have to upload the SWF file to your server or online host and put the exact URL to the swf if you want to embed it.
