Here is my tutorial in HTML format and spelling mistakes are gone.

I think it looks better in HTML=)

I am gonna add the Upper Body tutorial in another page because this one i long as it is already.

I dont care much if it goes on the Kirupa tutorials as long as people understand my tutorials and learn off them.:love: :love: :love:
