# HTML Frames

I am using the basic frameset code from the tutorial here

My question is,

Is it possible to scroll the main frame when the mouse is still on the contents frame?

My navigation menu is in the contents frame and i wish visitor can click the link and able to scroll when mouse is over the content frame.
