# HTML & PHP error

Hi all,

I’m trying to write a php mailing from for a dreamweaver site. I did the kirupa utorial and found another post on the forums about it but i’m getting the same error when I run it.  
When I press the submit button the browser just downloads a copy of the php code???  
I’ve attached the relevant files.  
Does anyone have any suggestions??
