So I found an old button that I made way back in 2004, and decided to have some fun and challenge the hardcore HTML5 guys doing this site: [http://www.dothatin.com](http://www.dothatin.com) .
The challenge was to see if they could replicate that flash button in HTML5.

They actually did here:
[http://mobdb.com/reddit/button.html](http://mobdb.com/reddit/button.html) and here: [http://jsbin.com/udedi4](http://jsbin.com/udedi4)

I’ve had a lot responses from folks here: [http://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/db37b/ha\_do\_that\_in\_html5/](http://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/db37b/ha_do_that_in_html5/) and here: [http://www.reddit.com/r/web\_design/comments/db37i/ha\_do\_that\_in\_html5/](http://www.reddit.com/r/web_design/comments/db37i/ha_do_that_in_html5/) …

I am pretty sure there are some things in Flash that html5 cannot replicate, but I think you guys would have better ideas… Anyone interested in submitting another challenge?
