# I am New

Dear All,  
Hi, this is the first time I am writing in this forum, I need help. I am devlouping an website based on static webpage.  
On the left hand side I have created an rectunglar box, having one coloum & six rows.  
I want to know how to write an action script, that once user click any one of the events, & that html page is opened within new window.  
Onething more when user put the mouse any one the link, its background color will be changed automatically.  
Really I need your help…
