# I can't do it

this is the same question i wrote few minutes ago, but i deleted it because noone could understand what i want to make so here it is more explicated(this is wright) :  
i have a picture of a compass right and i want to move the compass arrow(or pointer)with the help of the mouse, but i don’t want the pointer to get loose of the center of the compass, and i don’t want  
the arrow(or pointer) to get further away of the center of the compass.i want the pointer to make a circular movement around the center of the compass

hope you understood i’ve gave my best
