# I cant get into Windows :(

Hi All,

Need a bit of help here. Err… probably a lot of help…  
My PC restarts when I shut it down and restarts while im using it for no reason.  
Its been doing this for quite some time. But now when i turn it on i restarts automatically right before loading windows.  
After some, googling around. Found some probable causes:

1. Faulty power supply. - Ruled out because i tried a different PC with my HD, still did the same thing.
2. Faulty OS. Most probably!

So now, I cant get into windows. ☹  
How can I safely copy my files (a lot) to a different HD?  
I was thinking slave the HD and copy the files directly.

But is there a way to repair the faulty OS while it is on slave?

Or maybe something else.

Hope someone can help me out here.
