# I don't have a Scrollbar component

I went to design a scrollbar for the first time today and I don’t have the scrollbar component. I have the rdiobutton and then the scrollPane but not the scrollbar. Do I have to get the scrollbar seperatly or is their a way to retreive mine if I should have one? Please help
